The GAVI Alliance delivers predictable, long-term financial and material support to the world’s poorest countries to extend the reach and effectiveness of their immunisation programmes. Its key objectives are to increase access to new and underused vaccines and to help ensure the long-term sustainability of national efforts to control or eradicate diseases that cause high child mortality.
