Proposal Review: New proposals for support, and revised proposals that have previously received conditional approval, should be submitted to GAVI for IRC review by the deadlines above using the relevant GAVI guidelines and forms.
Annual Progress Reports (APR): All funded countries must submit APRs to GAVI for IRC review, by the deadlines above, using the relevant GAVI guidelines and forms. Countries should work closely with the ICC and local partners including Civil Society Organizations (CSOs) and are recommended, before the deadline, to share a draft report with the Regional Working Group for a pre-review before final submission. Please note that a satisfactory APR is a requirement for continued GAVI support.
Electronic submissions: When submitting any new proposal or APR, countries are strongly advised to send electronic copies of all documents with a scanned copy of the signatures page to the GAVI Secretariat. In particular, GAVI strongly encourages the sending of an electronic copy of the costing tool (Excel file) whenever presenting the comprehensive multi-year plan (cMYP) and Annex 1 (Excel file) of the application form whenever sending a proposal for NVS. The background and supporting documents can be sent in advance of the related proposal.
