The GAVI Alliance’s audited consolidated financial statements are posted on this website once they are approved by GAVI’s board.
In December 2009, GAVI completed a reorganisation of its legal and governance structure. This reorganisation resulted in GAVI’s financial reporting entity changing from the GAVI Fund (a United States based entity) to the GAVI Alliance (a Swiss entity). Therefore, for 2008 and prior years, this website includes financial statements and Form 990s in the name of the GAVI Fund; while for 2009 and subsequent years, this website includes financial statements and Form 990s in the name of the GAVI Alliance.
GAVI files various tax returns with the United States Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and HM Revenue and Customs in the United Kingdom. Copies of these tax return are available upon request. Copies of GAVI's IRS Form 990 tax returns are also publicly available at www.guidestar.org.
GAVI files annual returns and accounts for IFFIm and GFA with the Charity Commission of England and Wales. Copies of these returns are available upon request or at www.charity-commission.gov.uk.
