Health Insurance Cover
GAVI provides medical/health insurance cover for employees subject to the rules and procedures of the GAVI then current health insurance plan, in place at time of the employment.
Long Term Saving Plan
For Geneva based employees
GAVI provides a long term saving plan for all. Employees are provided with information on GAVI’s Retirement Savings Plan by Human Resources on joining the organisation.
For Washington DC based employees
GAVI provides a 401 (k) retirement savings plan for all employees. The details of the 401 (k)
plan are made available to employees upon joining the organisation.
All full-time employees receive thirty (30) days of annual leave per year. Annual leave is accrued at the rate of 2.5 days per month (1.25 days per pay period in Washington DC) and is based on the period worked between 1 January and 31 December.
GAVI observes ten official office closures per year.
