    GAVI Envoys are notable individuals such as CEOs, artists, sportsmen, business people, writers, politicians, and other nationally-recognised figures. They undertake advocacy activities in key donor countries leveraging their own network to raise awareness, inform their audiences on specific issues and promote a call to action.

    The first GAVI Envoy is former MTV Chairman and CEO Bill Roedy. Other leading individuals are currently under consideration.
