Nominations process There is a Secretariat-facilitated process in place, where the Secretariat: - works with the Board member and the constituency to develop the terms of reference for the seat; - posts a call for nominations on the GAVI website, encouraging female candidates to apply; - sends a call for nominations directly to research and technical health institutes within the GAVI Alliance contact list, encouraging female candidates to apply; - forms a shortlist to be interviewed by the subcommittee. The subcommittee voices its preference for a Board member and alternate at the next Board meeting. |
