Provides guidance in corporate accounting, reporting practices, and the quality and integrity of the financial reports
The Audit & Finance Committee assists the Board in fulfilling its responsibilities in respect to the accounting, financing, budgeting, and financial practices of the GAVI Alliance.
Its primary function is to assist the Board in fulfilling its oversight responsibilities by reviewing financial information to be reported to GAVI donors and others, evaluating GAVI’s systems of internal controls, and overseeing the audit process.
