    Chaired by Dagfinn Høybråten and composed of 28 members, the GAVI Board is the Alliance's supreme governing body.

  • GAVI Secretariat

    GAVI staff

    Led by CEO Seth Berkley, the Secretariat is made-up of seven teams based in Geneva, Switzerland and Washington DC in the United States.

  • GAVI Internal Audit

    Internal Audit - Evaluates and helps strengthen processes relating to control, governance, and risk management.

  • Co-financing policy

    GAVI's revised co-financing policy was approved by the GAVI Board in December 2010 and the new co-financing obligations are due to take effect in 2012.

    Transparency & accountability

    GAVI adopted the Transparency and Accountability Policy (TAP) in January 2009 to manage fiduciary risk in GAVI-supported countries.

    Country eligibility policy

    GAVI's eligibility policy is applied continuously to list countries that can apply for new GAVI support. This revised version came into effect on 1 January 2011.
